DEPOSIT PAYMENT

(a) Simultaneously with the execution of this Service, the User shall pay Deposit (based on Business Plan selection above) to Shippop Malaysia per below:

CREDIT TERM 

(a) Shippop Business Service is provided based on Deposit and Credit Term basis

(b) Shippop will issue Bi-Weekly invoices to the User on every 1st and 16th of the month

(c) The User shall be entitled to a credit term of minimum fifteen (15) days each time subject to the following terms and credit limit set by Shippop at its sole discretion:

(d) In the event, if the User neglects, omits or fails to comply with the payment provisions set out herein, Shippop shall be entitled to discontinue/ suspend this Shippop Business Service until and unless all the outstanding payment have been fully settled.


DECLARATION

(1) I/We hereby submit my/our business account application for Shippop Malaysia consideration and approval (if applicable). I/We declare and undertake that the information provided in this form is true.

(2) The approval of this application is at the sole discretion of Shippop Malaysia. Shippop Malaysia shall be entitled to decline/reject this application without providing any reason. The decision made by Shippop is final and conclusive; and

(3) Shippop Malaysia shall be entitled to suspend account and/or charge interest at the monthly rate of two percent (2%) accrued on such outstanding sum on a daily basis.

(4) I/We agree to accept all Terms and Conditions set forth by Shippop Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions are subjected to be revised by Shippop Malaysia and I/We will be notified in a manner as Shippop Malaysia deems appropriate.

(5) I/We declare and undertake that the information provided in this form is true. I/We undertake to keep Shippop Malaysia informed of any changes in the information provided by I/We herein.
