We will gladly prepare a written estimate if you desire. Please ask the staff or Doctor. To insure proper medical care for your pet(s), and for your convenience, Palisades Veterinary Hospital will enter your pets into our computerized recall system which will automatically mail you a reminder card at the appropriate time for all necessary exams and vaccinations. Please notify us of any address and or phone changes.
Financial Policy: Palisades Veterinary Hospital requires payment in full for services rendered at the time of service and or discharge from the hospital. I attest that I am the legal owner of the pet(s); I have read and agreed to the above financial policy and I give consent to the Doctors and staff of Palisades Veterinary Hospital to treat my pet. I hereby assume financial responsibly for all services rendered.
