The registration fee is $129 for alumni attendees, $149 for early birds, and $179 for regular registration. Registration includes seminar attendance for one (1) veterinary professional. Registration is limited; advance registration is recommended. Onsite registration will be granted if and only if space is available. This fee includes coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon. It also includes a lite breakfast and a full lunch as well as 2 drink tickets during the reception. It does not include travel or any other expenses you may incur.
All registrants will receive confirmation and receipt within 10 business days of receiving the registration form and payment.
A group rate has been negotiated with the host hotel. The room and rate are available on a first come, first served basis until the block has been filled.
Parking at the host hotel is valet with a daily fee. The fee varies depending on whether or not you have a room reservation. This is managed by the hotel. LVC has no control over this.
You may cancel your registration until March 31st, 2020, and receive a 100% refund less 3% for PayPal processing fees. After March 31st, 2020 refunds will not be issued. Notification of cancellation and request for refund must be received in writing. If you fail to attend without prior written notice, your registration fee will be forfeited. You may send a substitute in place of the registered attendee.
