Dear Parents,

As part of the planning and preparation for Year 6 Thailand Camp, we need to gather information to ensure all travel, medical and safety considerations are met.

A document has been uploaded into the document section of the Parent Portal which contains the current medical, contact details and passport records held for your child at DBIS.

Please check your child's details document carefully. Click HERE for details on how to access the information.
If your child's medical information is out of date update, complete the following form:

If your child's passport details have changed, input the details below and provide a hardcopy to the school office. (For data protection reasons we unfortunately cannot accept uploaded copies via this form).

Many students will be from the 55 countries that are part of the visa exemption rule for Thailand, please confirm whether or not this is the case for your child. Should you need to apply for a visa, please contact us for an invitation letter (ahones@dbis.edu.hk and vameresekere@dbis.edu.hk)
