You have a plan but it may not be working as effectively as it should. Spend more time identifying the critical skills that you need to master and spend most of your time and energy there. You are a master planner and well on your path to being an independent leader. This is a lifelong skill that will increase your potential and maximise your results and opportunities. Keep working your plans and make sure you take time regularly to reevaluate and modify them when necessary. Reflect / Review Result
Base your percentage here: 1. Below 40% 2. Between 40-70% 3. Above 70% Results: 1. You probably feel pretty discouraged and demotivated at times. You need to take more time to reflect on what you are doing and why it is or is not working. Take time to recognise the progress you have made and the things you could do better next time. At the very least, make sure that you review your assignments and class tasks to see what you need help with. You are probably doing better than you think you are but there is always something we can improve. 2. You look at your marks and take general feedback but you need to look more closely. What kinds of mistakes are you making? Why? Does your planning and preparation need improving? Do you need to set your work out better? Make sure that you seek advice if you are not sure and always read your teacher's comments carefully. Learning from your mistakes is one of the most effective and most efficient ways of improving. 3. You are a reflective learner and continually get better at all that you do. No matter your results now, they will continue to improve as you continue to seek guidance and feedback on what you are doing and how you can do it better. Make sure at the end of the day though that you take time to really think about the feedback you receive and don't just follow advice blindly. This is about so much more than just trying to do what you are told.

Celebrate Result
Base your percentage here: 1. Below 40% 2. Between 40-70% 3. Above 70% Results: 1. What are you doing?? You are an awesome human that is trying their best and probably a lot closer to what you want than you are giving yourself credit for. Take time to recognise all those little wins along the way. They will give you the energy and motivation to keep going and to achieve your goals. 2. You recognise your progress and the effort that you are putting in but you are sometimes a little too hard on yourself and that deflates you at times. Be nicer to yourself. You need to be positive and enjoy the benefits of your hard work more to achieve your best. Make sure you take time regularly to specifically identify all of the little improvements you have made and how they are helping you. It will make a world of difference. 3. Work hard, play hard. That is your motto. (Unless you are celebrating too much, in which case try working a little harder). By setting big goals, establishing a strong study routine, and having clear milestones, you give yourself permission to really spoil yourself when you need to. Learning and growing is something to be enjoyed and you know that by taking time to celebrate progress, you increase your motivation and potential. Success breeds success so they say. So make sure you recognise it when it comes.

Overall Totals
1.
Less than 20%. Crisis
. You are in crisis mode and need real help. You are most likely feeling really frustrated, disengaged, and somewhat helpless. There is help out there. Speak to your teachers or someone you trust and make sure you get some help. You can turn it around and radically improve your life but the longer you leave it, the harder it will become. 2.
Between 20-40%. Not confident
. You are struggling and need help but may not know what kind of help or where to get it. You can improve your results and become more confident but it is unlikely without more support than what can be offered at school. 3.
Between 40-60%. Average
. You are doing ok and are probably enjoying school to some extent but are not particularly engaged. You do better if you like your teacher but don't tend to bother if you don't. You do most of what the teacher tells you to do but do little outside of that to learn independently or improve your results. Over time, this is likely to lead to fairly low levels of confidence and independence in your literacy, numeracy and overall academic achievement. 4.
Between 60-80%. Confident
. You are doing pretty well at school and most likely finding it pretty easy for the most part. You might be a bit selective in the work you choose to do and how much effort you put it but there is nothing really going wrong at the moment. Your main opportunities will come from being more proactive about your studies and what you really want. The question you need to ask yourself is: what could I really achieve if I really committed to improving my potential. 5.
Above 80%. High achiever
. You are on a mission. You know what you want and you know how to get it. You are highly engaged and extremely proactive in your approach to your education and your life in general. You take responsibility for your actions and your learning and tend to learn from your mistakes. The world better be ready for you because you were born to make a difference.
