The Member declares that they are fully able to participate in an exercise regimen of their design or choosing without undue risk. This gym membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Member agrees to indemnify and hold New Start Foods. Inc, and any of its subsidiaries, blameless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation, on or off the gym premises. (i.e. If you get hurt we aren’t paying your doctor bill.)

The Member hereby agrees to abide by all posted safety guidelines and regulations and staff instruction while using F5 Climbing Center facilities and equipment or during any organized outing by the F5 Climbing Center. Additionally, the Member agrees to dress and conduct themselves in a manner following the guidelines of the facility. (Please cover yourselves properly (see example image below). Please no booty shorts or sports bras and men must wear shirts.) This is a Center to strengthen and build yourself up morally as well as physically so let us help each other by minimizing distractions.

The Member shall not consume drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, or smoking of any kind on F5 CHALLENGE Center property, or during any outings organized by the F5 Climbing Center. We believe in respecting others and treating other people the way you would like to be treated. That means we will not tolerate any negative speech about others or toward others. No critical language or making fun of people, even your friends, as it sets a bad example for others. This is a place to encourage and lift one another up, not tear each other down. This is also a family friendly place and thus foul language (swearing) is not acceptable.

The Member gives permission for photographs/video to be taken of them and to use such photographs/video in all forms of media, for any and all promotional purposes or editorial use. No payment for time or expenses or any royalty for the publication of the photographs/videos will be given.

F5 Climbing Center reserves the right to revoke the Member’s access if these terms are violated.

The below signed party hereby enters into this gym membership contract in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms as listed above.
