Thank you for taking this important step in presenting your child to be baptised and affirming the commitment to nurture him/her in the Christian faith!

Before you begin with the registration, you may want to prepare the following documents for uploading onto our system:

1. A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate / Citizenship Certificate (for Singaporean born overseas)

2. A copy of either parent’s Wesley Membership Certificate

3. If you are not a member but you are currently attending Baptism Membership Class (BMC), you have to email to the BMC Team to obtain verification of your BMC participation. Upon obtaining the email, you may upload the email in place of the Wesley Membership Certificate.

Infant/Child/Special Baptism Preparation (ICSBP)

Note: ICSBP is compulsory for both parents. In the case of guardian, sponsor or single parent, both parents are encouraged to attend but the attendance of the registrant is compulsory. The attendance of the child is optional.

Additional guests not listed in this form may be subjected to register via alternative registration platform and may not be guaranteed admission to the service or be seated in the same zone as the baptism candidate.

Note:

Under the current directives from the authority re COVID19, in the event that total number of persons attending ICSB Service on 20 Oct 2024, 5pm is more than 500, it will be a VDS service (Vaccinated Differentiated Service). Only persons who are vaccinated or exempted or children below below 12 year old will be allowed into the Sanctuary. Unvaccinated persons (except those below 12 years old or exempted adults), will be required to sit at the church atrium area and not allowed to enter the Sanctuary.
