 8:30 am - Ingress Proper - SHARP !
 9:00 am - Registation of cars/motors

10:30 am - Walkins will be subject for approval  
11:30 am - Pre judging Car
1:30 pm - Judging proper 
2:00 pm - Sound Off Competition L&C
3:00 pm - Segments (roar, bike burnouts)
4:00 pm - Cut off (late entries will be penalized)
5:00 pm - Stance / Limbo Wars
5:30 pm - Segments / Deliberation
6:15 pm -Target time of awarding
7:00 pm - Egress proper

SAFETY GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS DURING THE EXHIBIT 

In compliance with the government guidelines we will be upholding our event policy which are as follows: 

- We will only use 50% of the venues capacity to accommodate guests and visitors
- No face mask / No face Shield – No entry
- No bystanders
- Persons with covid like symptoms shall not be allowed to enter the event / venue
- Temperature check will be used at the entrance 
- Sanitation room will placed at the entrance of the exhibit 
- Social distancing will be enforced

The organizers reserve the right to refuse admittance-to any visitor or to require a person to leave if in their opinion, his or behavior is in breach of these rules and regulations. The decision of the organizers are final in this regard.

IMPORTANT WAIVER PLEASE READ:

Full Payment must be made before or during ingress. No Full Payment no Entry number no Judging

Ingress time will be from 9:00am – 5:00pm

Any vehicle or competitor arriving after the allotted ingress time will be subjected for approval of entry

The results of the judges are irrevocable and final otherwise re-opened by both parties that maybe ammended during the event until awarding

Your vehicle and personal belongings brought in the event will be your sole responsibility; organizers shall not be held liable for any theft, accident, known or unknown damages to the participants/ vehicle owner, participating vehicle or any other personal property before, during and after the event.

Participants will be held responsible and accountable for the general area they will occupy till egress time.
