Terms & Conditions

ALL items are official and counted to Korean album charts (Hanteo and Gaon Chart) for albums.
ON-HAND items are ONLY available for three (3) days reservation. As a responsible buyer, you need to place your payment/s within 3 days after placing the order. If failed to comply, you will be posted as "Joy reserver".
PRE-ORDER albums/merchandise means you NEED TO PAY FIRST before having it. Official release date of items is announced by the artists/official shop/agency of the artists.
PRE-ORDER items under normal ETA (NORM ETA) usually will take 3-4 weeks upon release/shipment from S. Korea. For FAST ETA, it may take 1-2 weeks upon release/shipment from S. Korea. But items may take longer than the expected arrival dates due to PH Customs inspection. ***PATIENCE IS A MUST*** But again, again,.. items may still arrived delay due to some PH Customs check. So please please, be patient.
Items will be packed securely (with bubble wraps).
Any items that have factory defects are non-refundable. Minor dents on outer case/cover will not be bases upon exchanging or returning of items. @dreamonBTS will not be accountable for any dents and damages during shipment (regardless from KR-PH/ from our place to buyer’s place).

Refunds are only allowed if items got ‘Out of Stock’. Refund fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
Additional fees may arise due to customs tax and unexpected total weight of item/s.

Cancellation of orders after deadline of payment (DOP) are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.

DREAMONBTS has the right to forfeit or cancel orders due to buyers' misbehavior, out of stock items.
