Terms and Conditions
1. This contest is open to all residents in Malaysia aged 18 and above who are not engaged or employed in the car trade business.
2. Campaign period is from 1 March 2025 - 30 April 2025. Participants are required to fill up this form and submit the proof of purchase within the campaign period.
3. There will be nine (9) winners for this campaign and winners will be rewarded with either cash or a prize:
1st Prize: RM10,000 cashback
2nd Prize: RM5,000 cashback
3rd Prize: RM3,000 cashback
Special Prize: iPhone 16 Pro 128GB
Consolation Prize: RM200 Isetan Gift Voucher X5
4. Submission of the proof of purchase of any Carlist.my car will be considered as a single entry.
5. Submission of the proof of purchase of a Carlist.my Qualified OR CARSOME Certified car will be considered as two entries.
6. The prize winners are determined through selection of the best responses for the question 'What do you like about Carlist.my?' from valid contest submissions judged by the marketing team from Carlist.my.
7. Selection of winner is final and at the sole discretion of Carlist.my.
8. Winners will be notified via email by Carlist.my. Prizes will be forfeited after one (1) month from the notification date if the winner fails to claim the prize under any circumstances.
9. Carlist.my reserve the right to amend any of the terms and conditions stated above without prior notification.
