★Lunch: to be paid by the customer. Please calculate about 1 hour for lunch time. The driver pays for his own lunch.

★Route: depending on the season/traffic, we may have to suggest a different tour/route. We kindly ask for your understanding.

★Opening hours: most temples and shrines open around 8-9am: and close around 4:30-5pm. Therefore we kindly suggest starting the tour as early as possible.

★Distances: Kyoto - Nara → about 1 hour/one-way, Kyoto - Osaka → about 1-1.5 hours/one-way, Kyoto - Kobe → about 1.5 hours/one-way

Remarks and cancellation policy:

Reservation is not complete. We are going to contact you and let you know your reservation number.
Please make a reservation not later than 17:00 (JST) at least 4 days prior to your appointed date in Japan time.
We can only accept reservations in case either the place of pick-up or drop-off is within Kyoto City.
Deposit in advance is not required.
We CANNOT ACCEPT reservations starting within 3 days from today. Please understand.
Cancellation policy: No fee will be charged for cancellation up to 3 days before the date of tour. If cancelled later, 100% of the fee will be charged.
