REFUND POLICY
We offer refund to any school days that service is not provided due to class suspension instructed by EDB. Our refund policy is as follow: For every whole month that bus service is not rendered, families will receive a refund of 50% of the monthly bus fee. In the event of an incomplete month, refunds will be calculated as follows: 25% of the monthly fee for every two weeks.
