1. A pick-up service request might be sent at least 24 hour before pick up time.
2. This service is for CoCo Cottage's in-house guest only.
3. A service is one-way service on your arrival only.
For your departure, please contact our team at the resort.
4. In case of windy, chaning boat or pier are an option, additional cost will be applied.
5. Maximum capacity is 7 people. If your members are over 7, please split to be 2 groups and make a booking 2 times.
6. Please note that the resort reserves the right to adjust the pricing if necessary.

DURATION/SERVICE TIME:
(request Pick-up time out of service time will be rejected)

1. From Trang town to Pakmeng pier takes about 45 min.
Pick-up time should be between 8 am. - 3.30 pm.
2. From Krabi town to Pakmeng pier takes about 1 hour and 45 min.
Pick-up time should be between 8 am. - 2.30 pm.
3. From Ao Nang to Pakmeng pier takes about 2.15 hour.
Pick-up time should be between 8 am. - 2.00 pm.
4. From Ao Nam Mao pier to Pakmeng pier takes about 2.15 hour.
Pick-up time should be between 8 am. - 2.00 pm.
5. From Klong Muang or Tabkaak or Ao thalane to Pakmeng pier takes about 2 hour and 30 min.
Pick-up time should be between 8 am. - 1.30 pm.
6. From Khao Sok or Khao Lak to Pakmeng pier takes about 4.30-5 hour.
Pick-up time should be between 9 am. - 12.30 pm.
7. From Pakmeng pier to Koh Ngai takes about 45-55 min.
Pick-up time should be between 8 am. - 4.30 pm.
8. From the Old town pier, Ko Lanta to Koh Ngai takes about 60 min.
Pick-up time should be between 8 am. - 4.30 pm.

Boat time:
1. Regular time is betewwm 8 am. - 4.20 pm.
2. Boat service between 4.30 pm - 5.30 pm. is possible if the weather is good, and the tide level is high. But overtime charge for a boat driver is 300 B./hour
3. After 5.30 pm. - no boat service at all.
4. Getting Pakmeng pier or Old town pier before 4.30 pm. and cannot reach the island by weather condition. The 1st night cost will be refunded.

If you are coming from Railay by longtail boat, you will arrive at the small local pier at Ao Nam Mao, where our driver will be waiting for you.

If you are arriving by speedboat or ferry, your boat will stop at the main Ao Nam Mao Pier (the big pier). Please kindly provide your boat name in the Special Requests box so we can arrange the pickup accordingly.

Service Details (MUST READ)
1. At meeting point, in case you don't see our staff, please call 66(0) 89 724 9225 (Transfer cost will be applied for all cases).
- For pick-up from Hotel: Please wait at the hotel's reception area or lobby.
- For pick-up from Bus station: please give the details of your ticket in a special request.
- For pick-up service from Pakmeng pier, a meeting point is at the information counter of the pier. Please look for a sign of CoCo Cottage or ask for CoCo's staff.
- For pick-up service from Old town pier, a meeting point is at the end of the pier. Please look for a sign of CoCo Cottage.
2. Please inform at least 3 hour in advance of any delay, time changing. Otherwise, 300 B/hour will be charged for the waiting time.

Preparing yourself (MUST READ):
1. CoCo Beach is a rocky beach. If you getting there at low tide time:
1.1) Customers have to walk in the water and on the rock. Wearing sandals and shorts are recommended.
1.2) Our staff will carry your luggage, bags. Anyhow, an electricity device might be separated and carried on yours own.
2. Below is some unusual matter that can happen (even in hi-season period). Even it's not often, but to be on the safe side, please be aware:
2.1) By weather & Tide conditions, sometimes the boat driver has to stop at some other beach. Please prepare yourself for walking 1-2 km. along the beach.
2.2) On a big windy day, getting out from the boat in front of Koh Ngai (any beach) is difficult. Anyone with a health or physical problem, pregnant lady, or a small child shall avoid. For a safety reason, please inform our team in advance.
2.3) If the longtail boat can not run from Pakmeng pier because of the weather, there are 2 solution:
- Change to take a speed boat, extra cost will be paid by a customer.
- Change to Take a longtail boat from Kuan Tung Ku pier, extra cost for changing the pier and additional for a longtail boat will be paid by the guest.
